Make your app private

Keep your app to your team, or behind a password, while you get ready to launch.

Open Visibility in your app. For each place (Test site, Live) choose who can open it: everyone, only people in your workspace (they sign in with Anterra), or anyone with a password you set.

Your test site is private to your workspace unless you change it. Changes take effect within a minute, without a new release.

Technical detail

Enforced by lib/anterra/access.ts in the app's request proxy; the policy is fetched from the builder with the app's ingest key and cached for 60 s. Password sessions are signed cookies and end when the password changes.
